Investment Casting Process

We manage every step, from design to final quality control, in a controlled, traceable manner with a commitment to high precision.

Design and Technical Analysis

The part's technical drawing, operating conditions, tolerances, material requirements and manufacturability are evaluated by our engineering team. A production plan suited to the casting process is prepared.

Wax Pattern Production

Wax patterns representing the geometry of the final part are prepared under controlled temperature and pressure. Dimensional accuracy and surface quality are checked before moving on to the next stage.

Cluster Assembly and Ceramic Coating

The wax patterns are assembled on a suitable gating system to form a cluster. The assembly is coated in layers with ceramic slurry and refractory materials to create a durable ceramic shell.

Dewaxing and Shell Firing

The wax inside the ceramic shell is removed in a controlled manner to create the casting cavity. The ceramic mold is then conditioned under suitable process conditions and brought to the metal casting stage.

Melting and Casting

The metal or alloy suited to the project is melted under controlled conditions. It is poured into the prepared ceramic molds to achieve the desired geometry and mechanical properties of the part.

Cleaning and Finishing

After solidification is complete, the ceramic shell is removed, the parts are separated from the cluster, and the necessary surface cleaning, grinding, deburring and finishing operations are carried out according to project requirements.

Quality Control and Measurement

The produced parts undergo dimensional and visual inspections in line with the technical specification and customer requirements. Products whose conformity is verified are prepared for shipment.
